General Conditions of Sale

These General Conditions of Sale are established between:

The Company Carmen Melero Costume, S.L. with registered office at Polígono de Sabón, Parcela 5 - B 15142 Arteixo (La Coruña) SPAIN, with CIF B15133093 and registered in the Mercantile Register of La Coruña in volume 586, book 168, folio 215 and sheet 2764 (Hereinafter CARMEN MELERO).

And, on the other hand, any person placing an order (hereinafter, the CLIENT).

The placing of an order implies the acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale by the CLIENT, as well as any other specified in the order itself.

Article 1 - Object

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is to define and regulate the terms and conditions of sale between the CUSTOMER and CARMEN MELERO, the placing of the order, delivery and payment, and after-sales service.

Article 2 - Order

The CUSTOMER may place an order by the following means:


By telephone

Via Internet, through our online store

To place an order, the CUSTOMER must provide the personal data requested, unless he/she already has a customer number.

Before finalizing the purchase, the CUSTOMER must choose the address and delivery method and validate the payment method. Once these data have been entered and validated, the sales contract with CARMEN MELERO will be formalized.

The realization by the CLIENT of the order is equivalent to the full acceptance of the prices, the description of the products for sale and the General Conditions of Sale, as well as any other specified in the order itself.

All product orders are subject to product availability. In the event of difficulties in the supply of the selected product, CARMEN MELERO will inform the CUSTOMER within a period not exceeding twenty days.

In the event of circumstances hindering the delivery of the products ordered by the CUSTOMER, such as lack of stock, CARMEN MELERO, after notifying the CUSTOMER, shall reimburse the amounts paid for the product that could not be delivered.

Article 3 - Delivery

The CUSTOMER may choose to have his order delivered in one of the following ways:

*Home delivery: 

The CUSTOMER must provide CARMEN MELERO with a cell phone number, on which he/she will receive an informative SMS, indicating the date and time of delivery. 

In case of absence of the CUSTOMER at the indicated address, the carrier will leave a notice, to make a second delivery. 

In case of absence of the CUSTOMER at the indicated address when the second delivery is made, the package will be returned to the offices of CARMEN MELERO. In the latter case, the customer may request, within 30 calendar days, that the order be re-sent to him or her, for a second delivery.
